A Little Warm Comfort Food

Don't where I got this recipe, but it is tried and true. Husband and kids eat this with pleasure, which in my household is saying something (daughter says too much good cooking spoils the peasants, LOL).

Yum-A-Setta.......... Amish Recipes

2# hamburger
1/4 onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup (no water)
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz processed cheese
1/4 cp. brown sugar (less if your family doesn't have a sweet tooth)
salt & pepper
16 oz. egg noodles .....................................................Ready licking a peanut butter jar because of no Yum-A-Setta

Brown hamburger, add salt & pepper, brown sugar & onion, soften onion.
Add tomato soup & set aside.
Cook egg noodles; drain.
add cream of chicken to the noodles.

Layer both mixtures and cheese in a greased cassarole. If short on cheese, just add cheese to the top (fool the hungry critters).

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.

Serve with a salad, bread or rolls and a cooked veggie on the side.

Delish. . . This is a dish that doesn't have leftovers for the pit bulls.
